IBP is responsible for overseeing subsidiaries related to North American building products such as Master Halco, ALTA and US Premier Tube Mills.
IBP is offering a wide range of administrative services such as Accounting & Finance, Internal Audit, Risk & Safety, Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Development and M&A to the underlying operational companies. IBP is also a business platform to develop and lead the growth strategy of ITOCHU’s North American building products business.

Their full line of products include access controls, agricultural, vinyl, wood, ornamental, and chain-link fences and gates for farm and ranch, residential, commercial, industrial, and high security applications.

Alta Forest Products is the world’s largest producer of wood fence boards, specializing in Western Red Cedar and other premium species found in the Pacific and Inland Northwest forests.
It operates four sawmills across the region and directly employs more than 400 people.
Alta is a daily purchaser of logs from sustainably managed timberlands owned by a wide variety of organizations.
Us premier tube mills
US Premier Tube Mills is a dedicated manufacturer for high quality steel pipe and tubing for use in residential, industrial, commercial, and high security fence, gate and barrier applications.
Their products are domestically manufactured from raw materials to finished goods in compliance with Buy America(n) requirements. They service the security and building products industry through wholesale, retail, and OEM operating channels in the United States and Canada.
